I don't want to play the entire campaign only a select missions that are unlocked once you nearly complete the entirecampaign.

So I tried downloading/installing the 100% save file for MW2 2022 at https://savegame.pro/pc-call-of-duty-modern-warfare-ii-savegame/ (Download 100% completed savegame file for – PC – Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II – 2022)

Firstly I installed the Z file and then extracted via winrar. I then discovered that inorder to find MW2 campaign save file (cod22) you have to play/complete the first mission then quit desktop-then go C:\Users\%UserName%\Documents\Call of Duty\players\cod22 and then replace the current save file with a new installed 100% save file. I then began to launch the game however for some odd reason every time after i installed/replaced the current save file with new 100% installed save file and then launched the campaign. The 100% save file keeps reverting back to my original save file despite me deleting it in the recycle bin. This is really annoying problem that i don't know how to solve. Any solutions how properly install a downloaded 100% save file into the MW2 save file? I never had this issue from any other cod game nor any other FPS game at all.
