settings dont save

Everytime i start the game, i have to do all settings like i am starting the game for the first time. So the game ask me about the sound settings and visibility. And all controller and graphic settings are on default.
Has one of u any solution for this problem? I hate it, to do all my seetings every day

The game can't write to your DOC folder/call of duty

See if it is set to read only and/or if OneDrive is saving in the cloud and prevent locale saving.

i deinstalled onedrive, where can i find the doc file, and how can i give cod the permission. This Problem is there since my pc got an auto shutdown, while playing

When uninstall onedrive, you have to restart.

The full path: C://users/yourname/Documents/Call of duty/Players

But in Win browser, when you open it, there should be a shortcut up on left side named Documents. click on the > and then chose/expand Call of duty

Edit:
Right click on Call of Duty folder, chose security to see permissions.
You need Admin rights to be able to have all permissions for write/read to the file.

Thx Mate, all security settings were right, it seems like the game dont know, where the files are. So i deleted the folder and after that cod creats a new one, which is working

yeah this is right but also when it crashes dont allow the game to be put into safe mode
