Report a translation problem
See if it is set to read only and/or if OneDrive is saving in the cloud and prevent locale saving.
The full path: C://users/yourname/Documents/Call of duty/Players
But in Win browser, when you open it, there should be a shortcut up on left side named Documents. click on the > and then chose/expand Call of duty
Edit:
Right click on Call of Duty folder, chose security to see permissions.
You need Admin rights to be able to have all permissions for write/read to the file.
