Steam PC - Cant find match, look like crossplay is turned off

My home internet is gigabit internet, very stable, 10ms ping to google, no packet loss. I am also a network analyst IRL.

When I try to find a game for last 2 days, it says looking for games 47+ MS, than goes to 122Ms+ and finaly 200MS + in like 10 seconds.

I only can find players on PC now, no players on console, and no way to turn on or off crossplay.

Its like im using someone else account and setting got put to crossplay off or something. Anyone have any idea how to fix this?

do you have a console that you turned off crossplay in? turning off crossplay on console disables it account wide

that or you're shadowbanned

Only play on PC, do not own console ps4. ps5 or xbox whatever... its like all my settings got changed to someone else account, had to turn off music again, fix all my graphic settings and now cant find games...

Never cheated in my life, 20+ years on steam account and never installed any cheats of any kind doubt im shadow banned

what im thinking is does anyone know of a setting we can edit in config files to turn on crossplay?

oh well, found here thanks for the link, no idea what they are investigating because I never cheated in any forms.

You are shadowbanned. Happened to me in Vanguard after a public match of zombies and I literally have never cheated in my life. You can log into your Activision acct online and confirm your shadow ban and even try and appeal it. But, you can't play for the next 14 days and if you actually did cheat (not saying you did) they will perma ban your acct. Its from people reporting you weather it be cheating, offensive language, etc. You are searching 200ms ping and getting put into matches (eventually) with only cheaters and others who are currently banned.

since you mentioned you're only being matched with other pc players then i assume the majority of people shadowbanned are pc only (if not all)

in 2 weeks from now, your ping searches will drop back down to 20ms and it will put you into normal lobbies once again. Gives them no right to go in and take away your online access cuz they take 2 weeks to investiagte your account for proof of cheating and when they don't find it, they're just like "oh ur good heres your account back by the way, sorry we scammed you out of 2 weeks of playtime, not sorry." it's BS.
