Latency Variation

I just bought Modern Warfare 3 a couple of days ago and every time i play, I always get latency Variation for some reason. My Latency is usually sitting around 30-40ms, Which isn't anything out of the usual. Its kinda game breaking though and frustrating dealing with a VERY laggy game. Is there some sort of setting that I should fix to deal with this, or should i try and contact Activision about getting a refund?

The game favours your overall skill level over latency when searching for a lobby. First game per day for me ranges between 10-20ms latency and depending how im doing in that game the latency can vary dramaticly between 10-60ms ish lobbys to over 100ms with packet bursts which are extremly annoying to deal with.

It is, what it is. Nothing you can do about it.

I have the same problem... Latency variation and packet loss.. i hate it. And it is not ok at all i loose games because of latency variation. This is HORRIBLE!

The funny fact. Its started right after "Free Trial" event. Guess Devs get back to cheap servers after event :)
