I want to know too, there used to be in DLC Multiplayer 20gb, but now it vanished since the free trial is over.
Even in-game it says it's not installed, but the 20gb is still in there.

How do we remove it, without reinstalling the whole game?
Dude, check the game files, it worked for me.

Right click the game on steam > properties > installed files > verify integrity of game files
After it is done it will install a small update. Worked for me, reduced the size from 100GB to 79GB.

It is 79 GB for me because I also have DMZ installed. The fact that the install size went from 100 GB to 79 GB clearly shows that mw3 multiplayer was uninstalled...

Under Call of duty in the library tab in steam, click the settings "manage" button in the center right side. Go to properties and its under DLC where mw3 is.

Steam says it's 79GB, but when you right click your COD file it says 100gb, so clearly multiplayer is still there.

That's only for people who own MW3, free trial ended so they removed the MW3 for ppl who don't own the dlc.
They left us with 20gb of files, which we can't remove or if they tell us which files MW3 are so we can manually remove them.

Ok, you are right. Even if you uninstall the whole game through steam, it will still leave about 20 GB worth of files in the 'steamapps/common/Call of Duty HQ' folder.

Unfortunately the files aren't organised into one folder, there are over 4000 individual files. So it seems like the only course of action is to uninstall the game through steam, then manually delete the entire 'Call of Duty HQ' folder, then re-install. Really terrible design.

I deleted the game through steam and in the folder were left 4746 files, all files contain mp in their name, so anyone that doesn't want to delete their whole game, just remove the files that contain "mp" in the name.
Edit:
Also game is 59GB without DMZ mode, just plain Warzone 2023.

This only works if you own MW3, otherwise it won't be present in your DLC.
