Riot Shield drops FPS by 30
So, I'm playing on a RTX 4090 at 4k, and I play at a capped 117 FPS, but pulling out the riot shield usually drops me by 30 FPS at any given time. Does anyone know what setting would cause this.

Yep having the same issue.
Thought if i lower the graphic setting it might fix it but even at the lowest setting the frame drops by 50-60.
Using 3070 at 2k.
Seems like a bug

I found that deleting options.4.cod23.cst in the Call of Duty folder in documents fixes this until restarting the game, after which you have to do it again.
