While i do understand your POV and i would agree usually they actually just did me a favor here so ... silver linings and such - but the thing is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about Steam on here when you know damn well why you bought on Steam and avoided Bnet is just sheer ignorance mate,
You didn't buy on Bnet cause you had something to ♥♥♥♥♥ about Bnet now you regret Steam and likewise ...
I actually own a lot of things on Bnet and I choose to buy on steam to try and keep the majority of my games in one place. If I knew steam disconnects would punish me in game I would have bought through Bnet instead. I'm not sure why your being a ♥♥♥♥.
It does if you had already tombstoned in the match before ;) that's my point if you make constant use of it - this is an effective workaround and then leans into the abusable mechanics and oversights but you know something as someone who usually is VERY against use of such things - honestly just emphasises how some of the arbitrary restrictions coupled with risk of DC and abuse of tombstone call ofr some change.
So your solution to the Steam server problems as a player is to abuse a Dupe glitch through tombstone?
Because i find equally rude to just lay blame on the companies and everything and everyone else - if you understood what I do you would appreciate this is general POV not a personal attack on you and tbh i appreciate why you may have felt that way so I apologise.
I like you use Bnet aswell but I just don't see the point in making huge fuss and vocalising something that is CLEARLY aimed at the creator when ultimately this is a consumer choice.
I've had a rough week - this whole sentiment and your post fits very much in what I do for a living and if i told you that this weeks commonality has been "biting the hand that feeds you" and "blaming everything but ones own choices" i dare say you could appreciate my POV.
Regardless though - I apologise.
No it is not but you see now you just make me question if I should have wrote the apology I just offered because now you are making me question if i should have given the benefit of the doubt here.
I stated catagorically i do NOT agree or condone these things but making use of them to work around the very thing you complain about raises more awareness and enforces the community requests to remove some of this arbitrary restrictions.
I posted clear as day I am VERY against it and you choose to try to throw me under the bus with an inflamatory and completely contradictory remark ... and yet I just apologised .... you make it hard to argue my case against rationale and user choice there my friend.
I did not mean it in that way so its my turn to apologize. I suppose It was more of a question of it being a solution to combat the extreme server instabilities which are hard to give a free pass for.
yeah the disconnects, Profile signed out, and Packet burst throughout the week has been awful.
