Can't install MW3 multiplayer files on Steam.

I have MW2 bought, but for this free access for MW3, when try to play multiplayer MW3, it says that there are some missing files, and when try to "install" it, anything happens. Cant manage the game through DLC tab cuz there are only the MW2 campaign, multiplayer and Warzone.

Suggestions? thanks.

download any vpn, turn it on. You go to the game page in the store, there you find the play button. Then the game starts, in the game you click on the multiplayer tab, file management and click install. After all the actions, close the game and the installation of the necessary files will begin. And after that, you can turn off the VPN. My english is very bad.

Hello, I have was same issue. Solution, open the game and press alt+tab go to the game store page. After that click free to play and will come back to the game. Click install multiplayer. That's it.

Open steam and search for "MW3" or MW3 purchase page. Click on "Play Game" on the free weekend access . Once the download is done Enjoy the game !

The solution for steam is to go to the store and look for where it says to play mw3 multiplayer and zombies and give it to play and they must be put to download in steam (they have to have the game closed)

I tried all these you can just go store page and download "multiplayer and zombies" thats what worked for me.
