Solution to download mw3 multiplayer

For anyone who has warzone on steam and cannot install multiplayer, what you should do is go to modern warfare 3 on steam and along with the versions to buy the game there will be one that says free trials and it will say play, click play and steam will start download multiplayer
Edit: Several people tell me that it doesn't work for them and I don't know why I did it that way, I downloaded the multiplayer and opened it and it works fine, it lets me play multiplayer
I don't know what the problem is, I hope it will be solved soon.
