Server Disconnected

Can somebody please help me fix this " Server Disconnected, your account has been signed out " problem. Just got a PC and havent been able to play because of this reason

Join the club, if you have just bought the game I would recommend a refund. This is a VERY common problem. The game is ridiculously unstable.

Sorry it's not more more of a positive reply but the truth is that the fix is on their end not ours.

If you want a temporary fix, try verifying the files. Even after a new installation I had 30 odd corrupted files

just happen twice to me, its there ♥♥♥♥ game not us, Activision losers

Same in Illinois - I have PC with gigabit internet and didn't skimp on any specs so this is 100 on COD

This happens from time to time. Software crashes. A Windows pc is a giant disorderly jenga tower of software subsystems that is supposed to run on any wintel box. Make sure your video driver and OS are up to date, check your antivirus/firewall to make sure steam/call of duty is not being blocked. Reset your router and cable modem/dsl modem/hotspot etc. Restart the PC. Try all these things. If this doesn't resolve itself use event viewer and look at the system and application log entries from the time the game crashed or failed to connect and you may be able to find the cause. Don't give up and ditch a great game because of a small problem without trying to resolve the problem first (as was suggested by someone here for some reason). EDIT: Also, infrastructure fails, sometimes network components or servers go down. Give it time if it's not an issue local to your physical setup.

tbf I was only suggesting it because it has been trouble for me off and on since I got it. Also the OP stated it was a new PC, so really shouldn't be encountering these problems and having to go through the same line of problem solving as a lot of us have had to do, largely to no avail. OP have a go and good luck!
