Tracers and death effects not working

I Haven't changed anything in my blueprints but the tracers and death effects are not appearing it just looks like some low resolution mess. even the fire animations on my skin are low res. anyone have a fix for this? my graphics are all set to max.

Update to Windows 11 or do a complete clean reinstallation. You need the very recent drivers for the graphics card and at least medium or high graphics settings.

if you ever edited the options.4.cod23.cst config file for mw3, change the ShowBlood setting from false to true.

should look like this:

ShowBlood:0.0 = "true"

I have a similar problem the tracers work but the splatter effects are all not working anymore on all the splatter skins I have this is really annoying ? anyone knows how to fix that
