i don't remember i have activision account,i only use steam

So you have played call of duty before -
You probably got banned on a previous title. The bans carry on to the new titles, not sure when that started - think it was 2019.

mw2019 started perma banning when ricochet was introduced. ricochet is kernel lvl anti cheat. so its in there.

You played the MWII open beta in 2022 and Activision banned you retroactively. This is usually due to their anti-cheat being updated with a definition which your account was using at the time you played it.
