Assassin vest

In the description it says that you do not appear on UAVs etc - even when stationary.
So I don't understand how people know exactly where I am, even with the assassin vest on.

Am I missing something here?

I have a suppressor on my guns when I am running the vest.
This usually happens without an advanced UAV - just a standard one.
I have been caught out with advanced UAV and I did wonder if it counted - but I now know it doesn't.

I suspect what Thalx said - they come right for me as if they know where I am. It seems like a wallhack to me, I can't lie and it doesn't make sense other than it being cheats.

These maps are awful as well.
They have done nothing to address the spawns and also nothing to address spawn camping in HC.
I can't understand the logic of it.
Either put shipment back for people to enjoy, or fix the awful spawns.

You have that "Treat identification system" that highlight enemy locations.
You will appear for a sec on minimap, when the uav is activated and at spawn, if the enemy have alredy uav. There is no longer a perk that make you 100% invisible...all the time.

you still have to have the ghost perk on as well. the ghost perk is what keeps you from showing on the UAV but if you stand still (even if you move but stay in the same area) then you show up, adding the assassin vest then allows you to stay in the same spot and not show up. But again, you still have to have the ghost perk as well. and surpressed weapon.

but as others said, if advanced UAV is up then nothing protects from that.

No, ghost isn't required with the vest.

People who know your location are cheating.

If the player also has the Ghost T/V Camo equipped, they gain the effects of having the Hijacked IFF Strobe, otherwise you can just equip that separately.

Wall hackers. When people find you when you are completely off the grid, watch the kill cams and report. I reported 22 suspected wall hackers and I got 19 confirmations of a ban, so....

But I am glad you said it - I thought it was cheaters. I knew it actually.
Some shrivelled fat guy has come by with the clown reacts because we are putting people on to wallhackers in this thread and he's scared - so it does make sense what you're saying.

This is Hardcore, so we don't get the killcams - I heard on forums hardcore is a cesspit for cheaters because of the lack of killcams.
When it's shipment, it isn't so noticeable because it's fast paced but on the normal maps it is definitely noticeable that these bozos are cheating.

That's called cheater. Unfortunately I have to used the assassin vest and the ghost to prove if the enemy is cheating and yes, many many cheaters out there.

Yeah why would they add it while there is already a gear perk where you will not be detected by uav’s

I thought as much - dirty tricksters.
Lately, a lot of small and shrivelled fat boys have been saying that the cheating is non-existent. So I wanted to check to see if it was just me using the vest wrong, or if it was cheaters tbh

There is also the Windows Sound EQ setting people use where it boosts everything. You can hear people that have Covert Sneakers and Dead Silence on and active.
