phone number error?

I have been trying to add my phone number on my activision account to complete my profile but every time I type my number it always says "Please enter a valid mobile phone number" even though it works fine. Search the internet and could not really find solution. What is way to fix this? I also can't search my account on CODTracker even though I set my game data to "all".
