Networking Failed to Start: [Reason HUENEME - NEGEV]

Today when trying to launch the game, I got this error:

> Networking Failed to Start: [Reason HUENEME - NEGEV]

Does anyone know what this error is? I've found some suggestions for solutions, but no information on what the error actually means. It's an odd name for an error, and most sites say it's some sort of connection issue without going into any more detail.

Switching from the five gigahertz wifi network to the other throws this error:

> Timed out while signing into online platform [Reason: TRAVIS - RILEA].

Again. I couldn't find any meaningful info on what's going wrong. They almost seem like error codes specific to this game or perhaps Activision's online services. It's either that or it's a networking thing that I don't know about. If anyone knows more, it'd be much appreciated.

one IT guy told me once that ''Steam''?(not sure or Activision is dayli checking whos online by disconetcting for an ms or so... and thats the reason for that MAYBE im not sure.

just restart the game

This happens ALL the freaking time, so annoying. They're certainly quick to take your money, but leave the game full of issues like this. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional for a development company. Activision should be horrified by their Server/Game/Client poor performance, but as long as the money keeps rolling in I guess? Terrible issues like this, "Networking failed to start", the "HUNEME NEGEV" error, Getting disconnected constantly with "PROFILE LOGGED OUT" error, etc. The list goes on and on. Extremely annoying and frustrating for players. And their anti-cheat doesn't work obviously because there's still cheaters that make their way in with hacks. So what are they doing with all that money besides laughing their way to the bank? I wonder. Hope it gets better.

Try using a wired connection instead of WIFI since that can already fix the issue for you vbecause everybody knows wifi is ♥♥♥♥
