Server Disconnected - Modern Warfare 3

For the past hour I have been trying to solve the problem of my Mw3 getting a "server disconnected" pop up after being in a multiplayer for a few minutes. I was playing the game just fine yesterday for hours, then today its wonky.
There is no error code either, just a Server disconnected pop-up and two options:
Go to the Desktop or Restart Game. Any body else experiencing this? Anyone have a solution? I think we know damn well the devs / Activision will give zero input or help towards this issue.

I have the same issue. After a few minutes into the game I get the message and I am out of the game loosing all my gear.
