It's been like this for me since mid december or probably with S1 launch

Go to graphics > quality > down to path tracing + ray reconstruction and turn it off.

Got told to do it by someone else and fixed the issue

all i did is reset tab and it somehow worked

it did not work for me. It is turned off but still got that menu super slowdown
