Might be because of your server or you might be shadowbanned. It could be your internet connection too (if it is not, could be a technical issue with your pc as well). Try playing with friends to determine the problem. Make sure that you are not running a VPN. There are many different issues with ping spikes in the game but if you are constantly getting 400ms, it must be something else.

If you have a friend who is from New Zealand and plays warzone, ask them if they are having the same problem.

The server closest to your location is Sydney btw. So your ping should never be 400ms

He's not shadow banned, he's just in NZ and it's connecting him to Asia servers (which are common for NZ/AU players). Due to cable fault all traffic is being rerouted eastbound via US, hence 400 ping.

about to say the same thing he will be getting forced over to the Asia server. best thing would be to get a Netduma and restrict cod to NZ/AU servers only wish one would work over here in Australia be we have NBN internet and Netduma isn't compatible with the NBN protocol they did work with telstra to give us Internet optimiser but only people with Fibre to the Premises can use it the rest of us are told to shove it.

The cable is supposed to be repaired by end of Feb next year. It’s a gamble depending which telco you are with. I have friends that get perfect connection from AU but they are using the APAC cable not Indigo West

even with a perfect connection it wont change the fact there will at least be a 150+ ping to an Asian server and the servers them selves are trash even when i get connect to an Australian server it still lags crashes yet i can play WOT on the US server with Netflix running and it gives me no problem.
