Hacked accounts.
If you can't login to your account anymore try using steam login at https://www.callofduty.com/ and check your login creds. Mine (and apperently 500 thousand other people's) accounts were hacked and emails were changed to the same name but mailfa.org domain. Same story with battletags - your name but wrong id. It seems like nobody wanted to warn users about that massive security breach so here we are...
