Kicked for using remote turret

So I get the remote turret in 2 different matches in MW3. Each time I'm kicked for inactivity while using it. Anyone else having this problem?

You won’t be kicked for inactivity if you’re jogging in place

its a bug they copy pasted from mw2, to avoid it just don't go prone while using killstreaks.
