Questions about skin

So i bought a couple CDL skins on MW2 in Battlenet, however I have bought MW3 on Steam, a lot of my skins have come across except for my CDL skins.

So I was just wondering are the CDL skins made to not crossover from Battlenet to Steam?

things u get from the INGAME shop, does transfer, things u get in the game launcher store (steam or battlenet) does not transfer.

if u want the skin, u need to buy it in warzone (steam version)
