I extracted a refined aetherium crystal schematic and the game didn't unlock it for me.

I've extracted the Schematic 2 different times. I have video of me extracting it one time and still nothing populating for it in menus to craft. Really frustrating. Feels like I'm being locked out of content that I paid for....

Question, are you sure its a Refined Aetherium Schematic or a Raw Aetherium Diagram? Ive extracted diagrams before but haven't unlocked them, so its making me wonder if diagrams work differently then schematics. Either way im not sure

Same happened to me twice got the second time on video because i suspected it would happen and sure enough. Its so frustrating hopefully eventually it gets fixed im worried this is going to happen to me when i find the raygun schematic too

Same thing just happened to me - lame. Also have had daily challenges reset or Act challenges reset. Annoying.
