Call of Duty HQ KEEPS CRASHING

EDIT:

It appears that the error code is 0X00001338(12488)N, this error has multiple solutions, but for me, its uninstalling Warzone.

Go to Call of Duty on library and open the "Properties" section, then go to the DLC page and REMOVE Warzone. That should work.

When I open CoD HQ the game randomly crashes. It mostly crashes a few seconds after opening the game, but sometimes it crashes in the middle of a match. Also, if I manage open MWZ, the game will crash after 2 seconds, but sometimes it takes more time to crash.

Note:

Before crashing, the game freezes first and then crashes.

I've tried updating my drivers and I've verified and restored game files but nothing seems to work.

I'll update Windows (I have Windows 11 btw) and see if it works

Finding I have similar issue. It has worked a few times and I never had warzone installed. But even without it, lately it will load into the opening video, freeze and then crash.
I just want to play MW2. It sucks that I can't just load MW2 directly and have to go into this COD landing page first and then have it restart to load mw2.

I have tried verifying the game files and updating the graphics card drivers and the game still does not open
