Twitch drops missing from previous events ?

Hey guys, I just want to check if I am the only one who doesnt got rewards from twitch drops from watching NEXT and BETA event... I claimed them ALL but missing them in game... Also from launch event from today I got them all already and they are ready in game.
PS.: I have connected COD and twitch(and blizz) for over 3 years. I monthly grabbing prime bundles, and drops.

i didn't get the twitch drops too, same problem

and same with the prime ♥♥♥♥, I contacted them but for some reason they mentioned prime bundles????
