Banned for no reason

I was banned from MW3 before i even played a single game, it gave me the reason of
Your appeal has been reviewed and we've confirmed with our security team that your account has been permanently banned for using unauthorized software and manipulation of game data. As you were the account holder at the time of infraction, your ban will not be overturned.

To preserve the integrity of our security systems and detection methods, this is the only information our policy allows us to share regarding your case. This decision is final and your case is now closed. In case you are currently playing any other Activision titles and for future reference, please avoid any of these types of violations to keep your account in good standing.
this is what they sent me after I appealed the ban. I have never used cheats in any cod games or intend to. yet I received this ban. I never played a single game of MW3 and now im banned and just lose all of the money that i spent on the game that i never got to play. I do have mods for another game which could be what it detected. yet there is no reason that it should be seeing those files since they are involved with a different game. if there is anyone who is going through the same situation or who could help me id be very grateful for your help. The least I'm asking for is my money back, if not my account.

Nothing to do with beeing lucky. Im just not cheating neither am i toxic ingame and im above avarage with an 3+kd so yeah you cheated simple as that. And dont listen what some island kiddy like This reload says because he knows nothing at all

well m,ost process names are saved in an db that activision has. If some process matches and its saved as cheat bam your banned simple as that.

and i could easily show them that it is used for a different game. but there is no way to talk to anyone or contact them. their customer support sucks

Doesnt matter if its for another game at all you used a tool wich got you banned wich makes you a cheater

I literally couldn't play what I paid for the game to play due to my shadow bans
I mainly played solo resurgence when most the bans happened, So there was no being toxic because Theres no one to talk to lol.

no, its for a different game. that provides characters in the game. does not grant any competitive advantage. it just unlocks cosmetics so i dont have to buy them

Dude there is xD you just dont understand that xD Shadowban = you still can play but with other shadowbanned people. Gameban = you cant ban at all. Imagine beeing that stupid to dont understand that. But what do i expect frome someone living on an island

I don't think youve ever played in a shadow banned lobby before.
Its effectively not being able to play at all
Firstly I have to play with ping regardless
If I do find a match at all.
Secondly there's roughly 10-20% chance a player in the lobby has hard cheats.
So its debatable how playable that is
There really isn't a difference.
I can't play the game one way or another
You can spin it and pretend like its not the same but its the same.
its effectively Activison telling me "We don't want you playing our game but you havent given us grounds to ban you yet"
Maybe it has to do with the fact I didn't buy any skins in this game.
They want simps not players.

It does though. Unlock tools are a breach of single or mutiplayer games policies.
If its to get around paying money
you're effectively pirating content.
Most likely an unlock tool utilising the same code or process is made for COD Games

its really not warranted. if i had something that was for cod i would just accept the ban and not go through all this. it would be a waste of time. im trying to get my account back for a game that i enjoyed and spent money on, i never used cheats for a cod game. not warranted unless they can prove that it was for their game

Are you mentally disabled? it's an unlock tool.... a cheat and COD has major issues with people using unlock tools. I doesn't matter if it's for another game you half-wit, it will be an adapted one that can be used in this game.... it is still an unlock tool and you are still cheating.
