My game wont open either on steam or battle.net
Drivers are up to date, ive re-instaled a couple of times, my pc is far capable of running the game too. Its been like this for months since season 5. Game doesnt even give a crash i just press play, Steam status says im playing and then the game just closes with no context. Help?

Like what the ♥♥♥ is wrong with devs, switching from warzone 2 to dmz mode game restarts, switching back to warzone 2 battle royale game restarts LIKE WHY? Shaders been loading for the third time today. Countless game updates ,20gb,30gb,40gb, at this point cod is like 140 gb for me , its like rust, apex legends and tarkov combined. I chose not to buy and play mw3 yet they are forcing me that shhait every second.

UPDATE: Yeah i dont think there is a fix to this sadly, ive tried both battle net and steam, different methods, diff vids and reddit posts. AND nothing, game wont launch at all in any of em. The only thing i can recommend is do a full reset of your computer, not only for cod but actually helps a lot ur machine i do it once a year. Besides that the game is unplayable for some of us
Free refund

Sadly there really isn't a fix. I just did a PC reset earlier and it still doesn't launch.

UPDATE: I fixed it, i did another re-install and instead of launching the game, i verified the game files straight away, so the process is something like this, i have 2 storage units so ill explain below:

1. Re-install the game on your second storage unit (if u installed warzone before, install the game on the other storage unit)

2. Verify the game files as soon as you install the game, DO NOT START THE GAME.

3. Move the files from your second storage u. (if u installed the game before, first go to your steamapps folder on the storage u. Then look for the Call Of Duty HQ folder and check if it has any files at all, if so cut them to other folder. then proceed to delete that cod hq folder.

4. Wait for steam to move the files and then proceed to open the game.

I truly hope this works for you guys.
