MW III won't launch
Does anyone else have this issue and if so what did you do to solve it. I have uninstalled and re downloaded the game, Cleared the cache, made sure every back ground program was off, drivers up to date, and verified the files. It is only Cod that will not work all of my other games run fine.

yeah same for me bro, I've emailed support and waiting for a reply, they sent a few possible fixes but none worked for me, quick question are you on windows 11?

I have tried uninstalling the game and still won't run. I verified the files and still won't run. I tried to uninstall the game and steam then install again. Works fine for me now. There are missing files that's why i tried to reinstall steam and everything.

yeah ok im windows 11 as well, wonder if thats the issue, because every time i verify it downloads the same 67 files, its like they get corrupted or deleted as soon as they are downloaded

i'm windows 11, but i click play and in a couple seconds it changes from launching to play again.

This has been an issue since MW2 launch. I have 3 devices (Ally, gaming rig and gaming laptop). I have this issue on 2 of the 3. Activision and/or Steam isn’t fixing this. They’ve been knowing about it for years now.

Request a refund.

I finally got it to work by uninstalling steam and reinstalling it.
