button layout/ End game killcam lag

I have two issues, PLEASE HELP

I can't click edit button layout, it just backs me out of the menu.
Also end game final kill came, turns my game into a laggy/shuttering mess.

Can anyone help? This is for MW3.

I'm getting the same thing. I told my buddy at least this isn't a game breaking bug compared to other years when I had to wait a week for the first patch to be able to play the game!

Dude im having the same issue with the killcam. I looked it up and this same issue was in the previous MW. The resolution for the MWII one was to delete the game files for cod and battlenet and essentially redownload it. I would rather not have to do that tho

I'm glad I'm not the only one who has had this issue. Amazing I'm finding hardly anything about this online. I guess were just SOL until they decide to do something about it?

This is the last COD I will buy. They suck at making decent games now. It's time for new ideas, it's so out of date with other games. And full of idiots.

On PS5 you delete the save file for the game and it fixes the issue. I haven't tried on PC, but that might fix it. Just the settings save file, not the game itself.

I have same issue back me our of controller settings and the endgame scoreboard is a laggy mess every game xbox

This is bad I can never see the last kill of the game and my game freezes up at the end please fix it

phew... i have the same problem with scoreboard and killcam. framerate 220 > 150

Fix: open your documents folder, then go to Call of Duty Folder, then to Player Folder and delete everything in that folder. After this has been deleted make sure to reboot your computer prior to launching the game. Game will now work with out the studdering at the end.

Maverick is completely right. You have to go in and delete those files. Something must’ve gotten corrupt over time, I’m not really sure. But once that’s cleared out, it will eliminate these issues.
