Is the COD MW2 and COD MW3 included in the same purchase?

Hi guys I need help understanding this. Whenever I am searching to download MW2 I am redirected to this page about MW3. I just wanted to know If I buy this then I get access to both games or is this just MW3 and I have to buy from somewhere else?

I like sami gamer separated. But activision begim complicate my life. Firs becouse for playng campaing need internet. Amd second becouse the games stay on the page. Very bad for me.

Its merged into one installer. And the game is just called call of duty. If you go to the properties of the game and check dlc, you can see what packages you own and can install.

And yes, you only get mw3 and maybe warzone if you have it activated or downloaded it once on steam.

Be careful that the installer likely downloads MW3, MW2 and Warzone while you don’t own it. I got MW3 on Xbox series X and had to download 200 gb. MW3 only takes up 85 gb…

sorry, i think i misread the question than. I thought you wanted mw3 and not 2. but it seems you want 2 and not 3. I see its difficult on steam now to find mw2, cause it seems they are trying to hide it for mw3. But here is the steamlink to mw2 page, hope this helps.

probably no one will help you anymore,,,because you download it and there is an error,,,when you do integrity, it doesn't load you with the 21 file,,and it installs the stream,,how is it possible that the stream installs something and then that's it error

So, the reason this is SO confusing is that they are using their new Call of Duty®HQ launcher as one game on Steam (AND ALL OTHER PLATFORMS)

They're making MWII & MWIII (and future titles like Treyarch's CoD2025 & CoD2026 just like DLC. -- You will still need to buy each individual game,

ALTHOUGH if you're on Xbox: with the ABK acquistion, Next year's Call of Duty and all years after that CoD WILL BE on Xbox Gamepass and Ultimate Gamepass for PC!

This man gave the correct answer I believe but this is something Activision and it's developers need to stay aware and keep ahead of because we all know what happened in the MW2019-BOCW-Vanguard/Warzone One: Caldera era where they had Everything from ALL THE GAMES in ALL-IN-ONE game at once.

I definitely agree with this. They should be aware of this incorrect display in Steam when they have linked this to their own website for Modern warfare. I will highlight it to their support team as well. I was looking forward to enjoying this game today but the analysis and confirmation for a solution took so much time that I will have to look for other holiday to play it.
