Petition to sue Activision over misleading Modern Warfare II DLC
I want to address an issue that has been bothering me and many others within the gaming community. Activision's recent actions regarding Modern Warfare II and the promised 2-year DLC support have left us feeling deceived and frustrated. Many of us purchased the game with the expectation of enjoying a continuous stream of content for an extended period, only to be let down when Modern Warfare III was released with expensive DLC.

I believe it's time for us to seriously consider the possibility of legal action against Activision for their deceptive marketing practices. Our trust as gamers has been violated, and our hard-earned money has been spent under false pretenses.

Before making any decisions, I'd like to gather the thoughts and opinions of this community. Have any of you experienced the same sense of betrayal and disappointment? Do you think it's time to hold Activision accountable for their actions and demand transparency and honesty in the gaming industry?

This forum is a platform for us to discuss the situation and seek advice on potential steps to address it. We are not alone in feeling let down, and together, we can explore ways to ensure that gaming companies like Activision are held responsible for their actions.

unfortunately they have no obligation to stick to their word, it wasn't a binding contact that they had to develop dlc MW2 for 2 years. its like when warner brothers said there will be 4 fantastic beasts movies however they didn't perform well so they canned the franchise after the third and shifted focus. they could say while MW2 was a commercial success it wasn't up to their standard so they shifted focus to making a new one with sledgehammer. They could technically just spin it and say MW3 is using the same client and there for is really an 70$ DLC to MW2. You have to take you're feelings out of it and understand it was at the end of the day a business decision

Which just goes to show you are a mindless consumer drone, so it doesn't matter anyway. You will buy the game regardless.

GTAV did so many things wrong and now with the fact that Rockstar bought FiveM, they will try to ruin modding again or even worse pull a bethesda and try to make people pay for them. Anybody blindly looking forward to GTA 6 is everything wrong with gaming and the reason COD keeps selling no matter what they do.
