You weirdos crack me up. lol Any game with a yearly cycle is DLC. You can't make a brandnew game in 1 year. That's why COD ran on the same engine from 2007-2019.
Also, who the hell cares about the campaign? LOL I'm rather happy they didn't waste a huge chunk of the budget on bs CGI explosions and celeb cameos like Kevin Spacey. Ever since MW1 the OG COD was never about single-player story.
As someone who is coming back from BO3, I have to say that this campaign is a million times better than BO3. People act like it's this horrible piece of dog crap, when in reality COD story modes have never been good. lol The only reason MW the original had success with it, was because everything was new. 3D multiplayer arcade shooter in a real modern shooting setting, not world war or futuristic. After that it got mundane real quick, because people rather play MP or Zombies.
F.
as DMZ enjoyer, it was hella cool.
Also, there'are still some people that only care about campaign, some of my friends are suck at MP so they go for the PVE content.Don't forget the original MW, campaigns of old trilogy has great characters, there are also some impressive moments and unforgettable endings in those games, they can do it 10 years ago why they can't make it even better in better graphics and gunplay?
Until they decided to combine all the studios into one group to make games together, cod used to have 3 years of development, not 1.
The fact that they wasted any budget on this campaign at all is a tragedy. No one is asking for Shakespeare levels of writing. Or reinventing the fps genre like halo 1. Titanfall 2 is proof that quality is better than quantity. I would rather play a super short, 3 hour campaign of good set pieces, than 6 hours of "open combat".
Oops than why where BO4 sales where soo bad?
COD should be and must be always linear the way it intended to be.
Your opinion must be respectet but majority always wins and MW3 is a cheap low effort developed game for 99 euros are you kidding me?
