I don't know what I feel worse about, the fact that Soap just got killed or the fact that the Campaign was so lazy and boring that the only exciting part was Soap's death, and even then it was cut short by the credits and a lazy cutscene.

I have found solution. This is connected with your activision account In my case when I logged to ACTI account(website). I was unable to complete registration ID, button do nothing and I haved error message.

The solution is start game and use name change token. Then go log on your website ACTI account and now it requires your name and surrname. Then You can start the game and start campaign.
