WTF just happened?? So they killed off Soap and Makarov is on the run still and they just end it like that???? Are they setting up for Mw4 or something??

soap gets ai brainscanned and comes back as an artificial intelligence mw4 as a humanoid robot to hunt down makarov like in this picture
