Guys, is this a bug? (Problem fixed)

After update, I could not enter the campaign early access anymore. It said pre-purchase the vault edition. I have standard edition of mw3. What's going on?
Ps: Problem fixed by devs 5 minutes ago. It looks like a server issue.

yeah same issue, but in the campaign i am very disappointed with the fact soap and Shepard dies

Lucky for you, I have 1000+ hours and they reset all my progress to level 1 and their response from support was 'Have you tried purchasing the Vault Edition' and 'Sorry, we can't restore your account with proof of progress. Do you have any screenshots of you being that level?' as if I screenshot the end of each match.
