Low-res textures in MW3 Campaign

Game is maxed out, but textures are still bad. Don't know what's wrong. Bad textures since the second misson with Phara.

I'm with 4090 and textures are very low-res. First mission looks alright, second is noticeably worse. All maxed out, no DLSS

havent made it passed the first mission, keep changing these new settings and restarting mission before servers went down.

There is something wrong for sure, zero difference when you switch between normal and high texture quality. Could be that they kept it low for consoles and never bothered to up the texture quality for pc users.

They probably just forgot to put in the high-res verison of textures for every texture in game. But only a few should look washed out, if not it is something with your hardware / software.

I noticed this when playing, extreme graphics and I noticed very low textures here and there.
