Outdated drivers!?

Game keeps telling me my graphics drivers are outdated and that I should update them, eventhough it's already the most updated version

you can ignore the message and launch game anyway

for those who haven't figured it out yet this is because mw2 and mw3 both have different min spec requirements.

if you have a gpu that is able to play mw2, but not able to play mw3, you will not be able to get the drivers it is recommending because your gpu wouldn't be receiving those drivers if it wasn't at the least the min for mw3.

just hit the "ignore" button.

happens with nvidia studio drivers too, because it doesn't match the number of the game ready one set in stone by the dev team :/ weak coding; I've told them in every crash i had, studio drivers nvidiai, brand new, happens for the first week, therafter , they got the message, 2-3 reports with this exact detail; [IF YOU CRASH] and the client is still status; crashed for your PC to generate the said logs of the crash;

like i said, if you don't own a gpu that's up to par for mw3 you won't be able to get those drivers.

if you are receiving this message at the start of the game it simply means your gpu is "incompatible" with their required specs, which is bs.

mw3 uses the same engine and doesn't even give better graphics yet they purposely raised the min requirements because they knew in order to play it people would buy new hardware.

and all developers invest in the companies that sell the hardware, it's nothing more than a blatant grab for cash.

Was exactly what I was thinking. COD always did this, so it's nothing new.
