I played the game and its not worth it. This has nothing to do with just a "youtuber" there are numerous people who pointed all of these out. Which I gave you links to back that up. All you did was say your opinion not anything to really back it up. Including myself, my friends and people I play MW2 with daily. Who all played MW3 and were not impressed. Only 1 person even on my steam friends list wants MW3. But said they will wait till its 30$ cause its not worth it.
As I said IRaVeNX save your money wait till it goes on sale. Its basically just an update with a DLC pack.
actually if the zombies mode were in WARZONE, I wouldn't even think about buying the entire game.
I want to play the campaing, but it isn't worth 70 usd.
if the zombies is a blast, epic gameplay, I would buy it at launch date.
if the zombies mode is mid, I will wait for a sale, just for playing the campaing mode.
if u have the money, go for it, but if u are tight with your money, wait a sale, mw3 isnt worth 70 usd, at least the beta was pretty mid for me, the recoiless guns are boring, I like the "BRRRRR" in mw2, makes me feel like im shooting a real gun, in mw3 every soldier is superman with steel arms. and the 150 hp points helps controller players with aimassist to kill you easily, it's not about who shots first, but who keep shooting the target the longest time posible.
Ya that is what a lot of people have been saying. That they prefer the MWII fast TTK compared to the MW3 slower TTK. I wouldn't buy it because I am not paying for updates that the community has been asking for the past year. Its not worth it even with the zombie mode. I mean granted the Zombie Rotation isn't all PVE because players become zombies too. There are some NPC zombies to kill in the beginning. I ran across them and killed them. Saw someone get killed by one too.
I never praised MW2. MW2 has disconnect problems in DMZ that need to be fixed. The servers have issues for packets. They should of kept crossplay toggles for PC/Xbox/PS. For my "100 hours" I left CoD MWII because it was bad and still is. MWII needs a lot of work and updates to fix some of the terrible mechanics and bugs. I never said they had to give a cheap DLC, but what they are offering is what an infomercial offers you. Dogs**t for an over priced issue. I played it because past 2 hours you can't get your money back and I played the campaign during the access all the way through. They could of simply not wasted our time with MW2 then. They could of just made a complete game. Also did it ever occur to you, I gave it a negative review because my view of MW2 is a negative one? MWII gave you the new Warzone 2.0, DMZ, a different campaign from the previous titles, new weapons, new mechanics, new game engine, newer modern graphics and designs, faster TTK and newer gameplay.
A new release? Its not a release its the updates that people have been wanting for MW2 and instead of giving them to them, they threw them in a full premium game price. Also we are in the 2 year cycle. Why am I listening to you, to begin with. You are willing to get scammed and think MW3 is doing well when its going to flop because they already lost 30 people I know personally, minus the 1 waiting for the sale price. So that is close to 2,900$ cause we always buy the Vault edition models. Plus other people and their friends not buying it. Due to what happened with the current title and some of them even played MW3. Lets see statistically 40% probably are not going to buy or preorder MW3 so that only leaves 60%. That would be a profit loss compared to the current title.
Yardstick? I have been playing CoD games since 2003, the original one.
Only reason I am playing it now is due to my friends wanting me to play and I am a fan of Spawn ever since the comics and movie in 1997. As well as I said you deflect and attack others just as you did because you think, that this is how it should be you are paying a full game price for a DLC Pack and the basic updates the current game needed. Which you can't even give us any evidence where they said its an "expansion" because they never did, it may expand on the current title but they are calling it a "Premium Game." Just accept it.
Um you do know Infinity Ward only makes a CoD Game every 2 years right? That is where the 2 year cycle comes from.

So looks like CoD has had DLCs in the past 23 years.
Firstly the zombies are DMZ based not round based like the Black Ops variation. Secondly the IW game engine was updated which improved mechanics and overall gameplay of the current title. Can't be the same game if they play mechanically different. Which MW2 had more content than the MW3 model. Also Zombies came out originally in 2008 from Treyarch under "Call of Duty: World at War." Which means zombies have been around before black ops was ever made.
"In 2008, with the launch of Call of Duty: World At War, the first-ever Zombies mode was introduced."
https://www.esports.net/news/best-call-of-duty-zombies/
Sledgehammer usually doesn't make CoD titles that connect to the current one from Infinity Ward and Treyarch usually makes Black Ops titles. Those are your 1 year cycle.
You went on to state that after 23 years of consecutive titles there were never any DLCs for Call of Duty games. Map packs are DLCs, just as the other episodes that came with the Map Packs.
"[NEMESIS - EPISODE 4 : EXODUS
Location: USA
Following your dramatic escape in Episode 3: Awakening, and the successful recovery of Dr. Cross and the cortex, your CIF Unit has flown in to help fight off the Cryptid army laying siege to the last bastion of human resistance. As the last hope for mankind, your mission is to get key personnel to safety by restoring power to the shuttle and launch it to the safety of a low earth orbit space station.
Nearly every single Cryptid encountered in previous episodes of Extinction are present in Exodus, and they are joined by the Ancestors – the deadliest of enemies with a range of lethal powers including mind control and psionic attacks.
Episode 4: Exodus gives the player control of their route to escape earth – choose your path, gather new intel, craft new weapons, and adapt to more varied enemies than ever before. The fate of mankind is in your hands. "

That looks like it had new weapons and gamemode. As well as storyline to the campaign. This game was made by Infinity Ward. I also linked all of the years for each producer that created each call of duty title to its current date. None of the previous titles from the different producers after 2006 had any actual connection to each other with their storylines. They are separate titles because they are separate producers. So they are different games.
The issue with Activision is because they own the entire franchise, so they don't look at the producer cycles like the players do. As players prefer Treyarc to Infinity Ward or vice versa. Each producers makes a specific title in the past few years.
Infinity Ward is known for Modern Warfare. Which is usually made every 2 years, such as MW 1 2007, Then in 2009 MW2, MW 3 2011. This is what they mean by the 2 year cycle. Meaning after MWII release, we aren't suppose to see MWIII till 2024 made by Infinity Ward.
Treyarch is known for Black Ops.
Sledgehammer is known for Advanced Warfare, WWII and Vanguard.

In simple terms there wasn't suppose to be a new Modern Warfare for at least 2 years.
I said 40$ not 30$. So correct yourself right there. There is a producer cycle. I explained to you the 2 year cycle, that you said doesn't exist because "activision says" and was suppose to be debunked. Where I physically showed you evidence of game years of CoD production and the developer that produced said game. So ya there was a new CoD coming out, by Sledgehammer. It wasn't suppose to be MW3 by their producer cycle. That game wasn't suppose to release until 2024 because Modern Warfare is usually developed by Infinity Ward, the Producers are your development teams and they are different teams.
Show me these statistics of this 99% for evidence. Show me evidence there isn't a 2 year cycle for nearly every Infinity Ward produced Call of Duty. Before Sledgehammer joined as its own development team. You can't because you were shown actual factual evidence that shows every year each game was produced and which development team created said game. Their titles are different and their storylines so they are different games there. MW3 is suppose to be based off of MWII storyline. As they have different characters and don't connect to the other developer/producer of the next year CoD title. Have been proven as such. You physically stated there was no 2 year cycle. Just as you stated Call of Duty has been around "23 years" when it has only been around for 20 years. The first game was made in 2003, not 2000.
At this point you think its about the money when its actually about the principle. Windows doesn't ask you to upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11 for 70$ for the base model. It lets you upgrade for free because its an update to your current OS. This is a clear example of how upgrades and updates are suppose to be done correctly.
If you haven't realized it by now, Sledgehammer was suppose to make a different Call of Duty title such as an example Advanced Warfare 2. Not Modern Warfare III. It does matter because you said it doesn't exist and has been physically shown that it does. Activision and you have been proven to be providing misinformation and continuing that issue.
I showed you evidence that previous Call of Duty titles have all had some form of DLC and content for that DLC such as weapons, maps and a new campaign storyline. You also called it a game when its just the same updates as I said that people have been asking for the past year. Just so Activision can screw you over and take your money for 70$ and the updates with remastered maps. They are remastered because they are based off the original MW2 2009 maps. They also never confirmed or denied if MWII maps would or wouldn't be in MWIII.
With these different development teams, that means different mechanics. Which means different gameplay and different characters for the titles storyline/campaign. Which also means different maps and different game modes. You are backing out because you have been proven wrong about practically everything you stated. You have no evidence or proof to back up your opinion. You haven't shown any actual facts to support anything you have stated.
At this point evidence from my end has been provided. It shows the truth and proof of a 2 year cycle that you claim doesn't exist. It shows proof of 15 to 20$ DLCs that some do provide everything you claim makes it not "DLC." Really you have no leg to stand on and you say things about "twisting", nothing was twisted just evidence and facts were shown and proven to support my statements while all you have is word of mouth. References to everything was posted and you clearly are full of s**t.
Thus you are a bandwagon follower. You don't backup anything you say with proof, references or facts. Meaning you are not a creditable source for any information. But you will happily defend your "game" because you follow whatever they say. Instead of actually doing your own research. The only person twisted here is you. As you have been factually proven wrong by simple math and actual evidence. By years, by games that were produced. The pattern that said titles even follow.
Lets do basic math and look at patterns.
Infinity Ward Development
Call of Duty 2003 Windows, macOS, N-Gage, PS3, X360 Infinity Ward = Original release of the first Call of Duty.
Call of Duty 2 2005 Windows, macOS, X360, J2ME Infinity Ward = 2 years
Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare 2007 Windows, macOS, NDS, PS3, PS4 (Remastered), Wii, X360, XONE (Remastered), J2ME Infinity Ward (Original), Raven Software (Remastered) = 2 years
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 2009 Windows, macOS, NDS, PS3, X360 Infinity Ward (Original), Beenox (Remastered) = 2 years
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 2011 Windows, macOS, NDS, PS3, Wii, X360 Infinity Ward, Sledgehammer Games = 2 years
Call of Duty: Ghosts 2013 Windows, PS3, PS4, Wii U, X360, XONE Infinity Ward = 2 years
Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare 2016 Windows, PS4, XONE Infinity Ward = 3 years
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2019 Windows, PS4, XONE Infinity Ward = 3 years
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II 2022 Windows, PS4, PS5, XONE, XSXS Infinity Ward = 3 years
Treyarch Development
Call of Duty 3 2006 PS2, PS3, Wii, Xbox, X360, J2ME Treyarch = (First CoD made by Treyarch)
Call of Duty: World at War 2008 Windows, NDS, PS3, Wii, X360, Windows Mobile, J2ME Treyarch = 2 years
Call of Duty: Black Ops 2010 Windows, macOS, NDS, PS3, Wii, X360, J2ME Treyarch = 2 years
Call of Duty: Black Ops II 2012 Windows, PS3, Wii U, X360 Treyarch = 2 years
Call of Duty: Black Ops III 2015 Windows, macOS, PS3, PS4, X360, XONE Treyarch = 3 years
Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 2018 Windows, PS4, XONE Treyarch = 3 years
Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War 2020 Windows, PS4, PS5, XONE, XSXS Treyarch, Raven Software = 2 years
Sledgehammer Development
Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare 2014 Windows, PS3, PS4, X360, XONE Sledgehammer Games (first CoD made by Sledgehammer as its own development team.)
Call of Duty: WWII 2017 Windows, PS4, XONE Sledgehammer Games = 3 years
Call of Duty: Vanguard 2021 Windows, PS4, PS5, XONE, XSXS Sledgehammer Games = 4 years
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III 2023 Windows, PS4, PS5, XONE, XSXS Sledgehammer Games = 1 year
Have you noticed a pattern yet? I bet you will try to say there isn't one but there actually is. Yes every year a new Call of Duty Title game comes out, from different development teams. With different campaigns, characters, weapons, maps and gameplay mechanics.
Meaning if its following the pattern or cycle of development teams and the Call of Duty Title that is suppose to come out in 2023, it was not suppose to be MWIII. It was suppose to be a different title and multiplayer entirely. Because its on the 2 years of Infinity Ward, then Sledgehammer is suppose to make one this year and then next year Treyarch. Which would put it back into a 2 year cycle because around 2014 sledgehammer started to produce separate titles from Treyarch and Infinity Ward. So the next Infinity Ward game is suppose to be a 3 year which would be MWIII in 2025.
No matter what a "youtuber" said, its the actual pattern and cycle of Developers and different Call of Duty Titles due to the years.
Activision owns the entire Call of Duty franchise. So they are only looking at the new game each year. But in reality they are not the same developer teams. Which they each have their own specialized title usually. As stated before:
Modern Warfare = Infinity Ward
Black Ops = Treyarc
Advanced Warfare, WW2, Vanguard = Sledgehammer
Developer Team Cycles
Infinity Ward - 2019 = 3 years (Previous title was in 2016.)
Treyarc - 2020 = 2 years (Previous title was in 2018.)
Sledgehammer - 2021 = 4 years (Previous title was in 2017.)
Infinity Ward - 2022 = 3 years (Previous title was made in 2019.)
Sledgehammer - 2023 = 2 years (Previous title was in 2021.)
Treyarc - 2024 = 4 years (Previous title was in 2020.)
Infinity Ward - 2025 = 3 years (Previous title was in 2022.)
Treyarc - 2026 = 2 years (Previous title was in 2024.)
Sledgehammer - 2027 = 4 years (Previous title was in 2023.)
Infinity - 2028 = 3 years (Previous title was in 2025.)
Sledgehammer - 2029 = 2 years (Previous title was in 2027.)
Treyarc - 2030 = 4 years (Previous title was in 2026.)
Infinity - 2031 = 3 years (Previous title was in 2028.)
So to correct myself we are in a 3 year cycle right now, not 2 year for Infinity. But either way the game is suppose to not have a second title for more than 1 year based on their past patterns. Due to the 2014 era of Sledgehammer becoming its own full development team. Sledgehammer is in its 2 year cycle.
Bosshog always mad whenever someone talk sht about his fav. game lol. I love cod but uh I personally think, it's a DLC not a whole new f game fo sure.
The project was started as a extension for MWII, Then they scrapped that idea, used the files (WHICH IS MWii GAME FILES) to then make MWIII.
This is beyond just using the same engine, It's effectively a MOD for MWII that you have to PAY FOR.
