Can you transfer warzone/Cod account from one steam account to another?

The question is in the title. I can't buy MWIII because of dumb reasons and friends can't gift game to me on this account. I was thinking about making a new account but I want to carry over the stuff I earned during MWII time. Is that possible?

If you buy another copy on Steam, and want to use your Activision account on that Steam account, I don't see why it would't work.

All you're doing is linking your Acti account to that Steam profile. So unless there is something that is hard coded that you can't sign in using your Acti account on separate Steam accounts, I don't see why not.

Probably need to unlink at their website? I'm assuming it just can't be connected to two accounts on a platform at a time.

My acti account is connected to my Battle.net and Steam profile so, that's what I think at least.

It can only be linked to 1 Steam account at a time.

I was on Battle.net playing COD but got a gift card for Steam so when MWII came out I bought on Steam. I was able to transfer my COD points from Battle.net to Steam but I am not sure if you bought another copy on Battle.net your stuff would transfer from Steam. Kinda confusing I know.
