Call Of Duty Packet Brust Problem

Hello everyone, good day, I have a question for you, I have a problem in Call Of Duty. I am playing the game on Steam and I am having a Packet Burst problem. When I first installed and played it, I had no problems, but later on, I encountered this problem. The game could not be played because of this problem, so I tried everything I knew. I deleted it and reinstalled it, I formatted the computer, what could prevent the game from playing on the computer? If there was, I deleted it, verified it through Steam, gave all the necessary unnecessary permissions and the result is still the same, but as time passed, this problem continued as if it had never existed. FPS drops did not occur as often as in the early days. Even though I can play the game now, it still bothers me. Steam has this problem. When I scan the files, it finds the missing file and installs it. Something is preventing this and I couldn't find it, I don't know what to do.

I am a laptop user and I use Windows 11 and my system specs are:
Intel Core i5-11400H
Nvidia Geforce GTX 1650 4GB
8+8 16GB Ram
512GB M2 NVME SD
1TB M2 NVME ssd

I have a constant micro stutter , game played fine up until the last 4 or 5 months , but the issue is getting worse , I have tried most fixes but no luck , I am in contact with Activsion for the last 4 weeks , tried everything they have suggested but nothing works , I dont have any other problems with any other game I play only COD. I think Activision know there is a problem for PC users and don't want to admit it ?

I also have that problem but from time to time. Like I can have packet burst for the whole game and reconnecting doesnt help. But if I leave and start new match packet burst dissapears, idk what to do and its so funny
