banned for 3 days on voice chat

i was talking to my friend on the in game mic, i through out a curse word tords no one just in the conversation the A.I. heard it banned me but i wasnt talking to anyone but one person and i wasnt using any swear words at him it just picked it up and banned me. another thing i was confused was i wasnt talkin in game to my wife and said the ghost are to loud and it hurts my ears the A.I. picked up on that and asked me if i wanted to turn the ghosts off makes it to where i dont want to talk at all when im playing this game
