Diver Error Again

My game was working fine yesterday and now after the update today I'm suddenly getting the diver error again. I've tried every fix I can find on YouTube and on here.

-Verifying Game Files
-Made sure ipv6 was enabled
-Clearing Steam download cache
-Restarting my PC
-Made sure cod is not being blocked by anti-virus
-Trying to run the update of my hotspot
-2 full re-installs
-All the goofy nonsense messing around with network settings
-Restarting my router

I genuinely have no clue what is causing this error. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it. If anyone can think of anything that could help fix this some advice would be much appreciated.

I had Diver issue for more than 24 hours.
Reinstalled, verified integrity, updated graphic drivers but nothing seem to work.
It was always got stuck on failed to update screen when starting up.
The game only updated after I exited from One Drive from my Windows System Tray
I can't be 100% sure if it's related but the issue resolved for me right after.

Please try and let me know if it worked for you.

Why dont you just leave the files alone? If the rules aren't bent dont bend them

This is one of the pages I've tried and I've done everything. I even contacted Activation Support and all I got was an "oh well" basically.

Gave it a try and it still didn't go for it. Thanks for the info though.
