I have to wait so long to buy cod points why?

I've been waiting for about ten minutes and I still see the "buying" message, why is it taking so long?

Then start game and you will have them there.

That is my experience as the fastest way.

Yes that is where I play and it only takes about 3 seconds when you buy anything in the store points or bundles.

I don't know, now one day after using Steam, I still don't want to load it after a minute, I waited even 30 minutes, I still can't reach the confirmation window. Even when I want to enter the options window for how many Cod points I want to buy, it immediately tells me how to choose the points. I can only choose the points when I choose the package (I want to buy it, I don't have enough cp and only then it redirects me to the option how much cp I want to buy).

In some online games steam users report not being able to buy game currency or having to wait a long time for some kind of approval process, like in Swtor and Star Trek Online. I never had this happen to me but I have friends that experienced it.
