Do you report cheaters/hacks?
Since Warzone 2 I've never reported anyone. It's a waste of time and Activision doesn't care because they support streaming cheaters and others.

Played 10+ games today and had more than one hack in every match.

So why report? Activision does nothing.

Activision can't even participate in this forum because they are to fraudulent and scared.

Step up to the plate Activision cowards.

Everytime i think someone is cheating or using hacks turns out to be controller player on PC or playstation.
I would if I ever encountered them, but I don't.

Odd since I started playing this game like 5 months ago I never see a cheater in this game
bob must be a troll or fanboy off nadia
Since you cant tell the difference, i report drop shotting controller users since its basically movement exploit + aim bot. Steam got mad at me because I asked people to do the same. How dare people use the report system to report abuse and broken mechanics but the devs give so little ♥♥♥♥♥, they dont even have an actual forum
reporting ends in shadow bans. activison rarely bans anyone's account fully anymore or at least i haven't seen them do it in over 7 years now really. though your not wrong there really is no point to since there will always be cheaters on the game.

CoD is The game to hack since its just that easy and always has been, anyone with a j-tagged console could easily get mod menus on cod plus it being cross play with PC means i just need a ♥♥♥♥ desktop that can run the game and put me in a private lobby so i can load my mod menu/ aim bot. CoD use to be a fun game but the devs/ player base have killed it for me. i do find it funny how the mods we deal with today have basically been the same since cod4.

sure different names for the mods now but its the exacts same as back then. Also note that there are glitches in the game that look like someone is cheating but its just bad game development. Proof Mw3 was originally a mw2 update but more money in it for them if they release it as a new game. rather than fixing this sad excuse of a game. (note my hours on steam and all of it since i dont main cod on PC and i never would until they get a better anti cheat.

Sucks to say sadly since i always loved cod even when it was looked at as a major joke of a game kind of like now.

your one of the problems with PC gaming a broken mechanic to you has been a stable staple of cod on console for years. its not broken its understandable since cod was always more of a Console shooter then PC. its only focused on PC when they did mw2019. before then they would release a game but never focus on it on pc due to lack of interest from PC players/ Hackers.
That's what I mean, they never really take away the accounts anymore. So whats the point?, a shadowban pfft. It's like letting people out of jail just to do crimes again.

And sure Bob no cheaters ever, give me a break, it's cheaters in every match these days.
No offense but to be truthful i really have a hard time understanding how anyone can pick out a cheater among aim assist strength. Outside of blatant speed hacks or magnetic shots thru walls with video clips.
One millisecond from downed player straight to head of next player and so on, it's easy to see. The use of Walls, it's even easier to see the cheat. I've seen all sorts of hacks. You just have to play enough. Because the cheats do what no one else except the cheats can do.

Health hacks, unload 2 clips into them, they don't shield up but won't die. Another, where they can take out your whole fully shielded team without a reload. I could go on and on about the hacks.

I see a lot of the hacks in the pregame. So I know they're up to no good even before the match starts.

"activision does nothing." considering I've never cheated in this game and got shadowbanned over 40 times now I think they do something.

But the shadowban is just computer generated from people mass reporting you. (just little kids crying that you killed them) They need to really ban accounts permanently, even if they do just make another one. And not make Warzone free, that would stop a lot of the cheating.

If Activision banned the accounts permanently not many would pay $70.00 to try it again. Hurt their wallet and take their stuff, the cheaters will go away fast.

Can't anymore, the option to report players in-game has been grayed out for me, so I have to wait till the lobby and find them in recent players :/
i only do so after a checklist of sorts: being sus of their kills more than 3 times in a row, and other people are sus about the player in question, then i check their profile in game to see if they're just on console and if they're not, i check their pc profile then i make my decision wether or not to report them.

about 90% of my reports have resulted in replys from support stating that action was taken,
i only see someone who fits my report criterea once every like 20 games or so, and the majority of them actually end up getting banned.

so anyone saying 'i've never seen a cheater' are just blind or bad because you only get matched up with them if you do any good in previous games.

as for the report system working, yes it does in fact work, it's just that some times when you report someone they weren't actually cheating, just better than you, and for some reason the people who say it doesn't work are the same people who report EVERYONE.

they do ban accounts permanently.

the shadowbans are from the system getting too many reports.

perma bans are handed out for those who were caught by the anticheat, not the report system, the report system just shines a light on the player for the anticheat.

Talk about delusional.

I could ban 50x as many as Activision does just by myself, seeing the cheating in every match.

Activision support cheaters/hacks and cheating, I can prove this (streamers dropping 30 and 40 bombs per every match).
