Stuck on loading screen

After installing the cod warzone the matching process is ok.But for some unknown reasons when you quit and restart the game and then matchmake it will get stuck on loading of lobby.If you wait for a while(~20 min) you get kicked out of that match and then the matchmake will be normalised.
Warzone is my favourite game but I am forced to spend about 20 mins idle in the game so that I can play normal.Hoping for the cod help and support to fix this as quickly as possible.Many players went out of the game regarding this issue.

its not on a hdd, it loads perfectly fine sometimes and other times it does not and is stuck on the part with the 3 objectives, completely frozen although i can use my cursor
