banned for unauthorized software

I got permanently banned, because of a background application lmao. It didn't even manipulate in game data. Brought mw2 last month and spend money in game too.

Can anyone tell me what i have to do?

Anyone that tells you Razer Synapse or Logitech GHub or Spotify or iCue or any other random software will get you banned, is full of it. Those are all 100% safe, and will not trigger any kind of ban. Cheaters like to muddy the water, and will blame everything except themselves for their ban.

The only way you could get banned for using Synapse or AHK is if you are using specific mouse scripts, and if you are using those you already know what you are doing and shouldn't cry when you get banned for it.

There seems to be some kind of misunderstanding. I've said that I read claims from various Reddit users that the anticheat could potentially ban you for apps running in the background and some claimed one of them was Synapse. Either way I doubt something like that would be bannable, because Razer and Logitech are some of the most popular peripherals and millions are using them, that doesn't make them potential cheaters.

That's a load of bs. You can safely buy a Razer mouse and use Synapse, too. I have two Razer mice here (the Basilisk Ultimate and the Basilisk v3 Pro - using one while the other is being recharged). Nothing ever happened and nothing will ever happen because of your Razer software... which is widely used by the way.

synapse is not the reason for ban, i played mw1,cold war,vanguard through battle.net and now mw2 with razer mouse. no shadowban no perma ban no chat ban never

Yes, probably. I don't have the x Hyperspeed, though. I own the v3 Pro and it's the best mouse I've ever had, albeit a bit pricey.
