CONNECTION FAILED error please help!!
"Could not connect to online services. Connection interrupted by user."

Check windows settings in Win/settings/games - see that GameMode is enebled
Xbox network - click it and let it test network. check again if first fails.
See that you have NAT open/moderate and server connected.

Also check network settings: Right click network icon in systry, chose- Open settings for network and internet - then chose - show hardware and connection options. Now you see all about internet. See that IPv4 and Ipv6 is connected and working, Teredo is operativ.

i appealed but i know activation ran by monekys wont lift the ban

Yep this is exactly what mine did two days ago and then I did a verify integrity of files and immediately was banned for modified game files.... Activision reviewed the banned and won't lift it now. Steam doesn't give two ♥♥♥♥♥ either right now.
