Set power to Performance in win 10
Win settings/system/power and pause Mode/related Settings-Ekstra settings for power
In Nvidia CPL set power to Maximum performance
In win settings/Games/Game Mode - set it to ON
In win settings/Games/Xbox network - See that you have connection, NAT is Open/moderate and server connected. Test again if first try fails. See links for advice.
Other settings that could help for later performance (game closed):
In your Doc folder/call of duty/Players/options.3.cod22.cst (open in notepad)
Set X as the same numbers of the treads in your CPU -
// Thread count for handling the job queue
RendererWorkerCount:0.0 = "X" // -1 to 16
And this to "False" -
// Enables the async compute for specific cases
AsyncCompute:0.0 = "false"
Save file and close it.

Yes I know it sounds unrelated but after scratching my head for a solid hour i tried this with my friend and it got fixed for both of us.
Guess it was causing communication issues with my Xfinity modem's automatically port forwarding.
If you're not connected through a switch, try manually adding the port forwards on your modem.
