My Hard Earned COD Points Are Missing!!!
Hacker or Glitch, hopefully can be fixed

PS4 to PC player. I'm on Battle.net tho. I finally accumulated 1150 COD Points to buy a Battle Pass and they disappeared. I texted the chat and a person by the username Hacker typed back "ain't no moe", but I thought he was just kidding. But seriously, where do I complain about this? Will I get refunded?

My coins is also missing that i got from the battle pass please advise as nothing was bought with it

Unfortunately, I can't say I have the answer to this.

All I know is that COD points are only available on the platform you purchased/unlocked them on. So if you have them on PS4, they will not be on XBOX etc. It's what happened to me moving from XBOX to PC.

i don't think so it's hackers because because i should be having 2500 cp but i only have 2300 (1400 from bp and 1100 from black cell) so probably a glitch
