COD Points bug

After completing Black Cell BP on 100%, i should have around 2700 COD points (1400 from standard BP, + 1100 from Black Cell + my 200 from last transacation, but in store on my balance i see only 1600, its like visual bug or smth else?

seems its visual bug, bcs when i farming BP lvl, like my balance was around 1300 and after match its dropped to 200.

Yeah I finished the BP and only have 1100, despite having 700 left over buying the BP.
You'd think they could put out one update without breaking half the game.

i too have this problem, 300 cp did not count from the battle pass

I have successfully spent all my black cell pass cod points 3600 and still have some change with the last 23% to go, you didn't perhaps use battlenet and steam to play during the same season did you? Your bnet points don't come to Steam even if it's the same account.

I tried, they told me that everything was right about the fact that I had 2000 (600 was before, this is my first bp - black sell ), for completing the battle pass, although I have it now only at 70%, when I clarified the details, they stopped responding to me, it's been almost 24 hours since my last reply

Im also asked Activision Support, and they said higher team than just support will receive my ticket and solve my problem. Seems they even didn't know that a massive problem

keep pushing, spam them so they cant close it due to no response
