Got banned for no reason (chat)

Hello there,

A few times in the past and just recently I have got an alert saying that my chat activity has been banned for 30 day at "MW2 WZ2.0", however while in game I almost never use chat (discord only) and especially never text anything offensive, vulgar what soever. It feels like such bans has been given for no reason, is there any way to get justification??

i pretty much often get chat banns because i say god bless controller aimbot or nice aim when i get killed by controller apes....

Activision says buy more skins and you'll forget about this chat ban nonsense.
